Spanish noun - arrival by sea.
A mass nesting event where every year, at the same place and time, thousands of female sea turtles come ashore to nest and lay their eggs on the beach.
This natural world phenomenon shows the incredible resilience of nature - that no matter what happens, these turtles arrive every year to give rise to the next generation. It's symbolic of our potential as ocean-focused entrepreneurs to come together, regardless of the state of the world, and create the next wave of business that will save and build a sustainable future for our oceans.

The 3 Waves of Arribada
Arribada™ is a 7-day group innovation program that brings passionate ocean-focused solopreneurs together to discover what’s possible when ocean impact and business work together. Over the course of 7 days, you will participate in 3 Waves of the program, each designed to help you identify and overcome challenges in a way that is both positive for your business and for the oceans.
Wave 1
In Wave 1, you will dive deep into the challenges you're facing in your business and learn the tools and frameworks you need to turn these challenges into opportunities that are good for business and our oceans.
Wave 3
In the final wave of Arribada, you'll work with the solutions and ideas that came out of Wave 2 to build an action plan that will grow your business and supercharge your positive ocean impact. Using planning templates and group feedback, you'll create a step-by-step plan that will give you the clarity and confidence you need to take the next step.
Wave 2

With each enrollment in Arribada, we will:
Adopt a sea turtle
For every Arribada™ workshop we run, we will adopt one sea turtle through the Sea Turtle Conservancy.
Offset plastic bottles
When you sign up for the Arribada™ workshop, we will offset 100 plastic bottles on your behalf through our membership with Greenspark.
Give back 1% to the Oceans
Through our 1% for the Planet membership, we will donate 1% of sales from every Arribada™ workshop to ocean-focused organizations.

The program will run each time we have five seats filled. You will be notified when this happens and can choose to do the course at that time or wait if the timing is not right.
